“Ordered a full box while trying to decide what flooring to go with. Box came damaged. Cali flooring sales dept has been much more help during this process, Flooret could use some of that customer service training! Would have been nice if they offered a refund on the damaged product as well.”

“We ordered various samples of signature and base Modin colors to look at quality and color. The samples arrived very quickly. The quality appears very good. We have since ordered the larger samples of the Arbor Signature planks. Once we receive those we'll finally make our decision of what flooring we are going to move forward with. We thought we had made our decision until I read about Flooret and wanted to check them out. It's been a long process researching and looking at samples but after seeing these Flooret samples, I think we are near the finish line. Update: Our installers have installed the floor. Absolutely love it! Love the extra wide and long planks. We need to work through the transition pieces as I need to order different pieces. Hopefully that process goes smoothly. The freight deliver did take a longer than originally indicated, but that was Fed Ex issues, not Flooret's issues.”

“Accessories were shipped immediately. The shipping box was more than adequate. Actually I am very impressed with it. No damage to the contents. I haven’t installed the products yet. Sutton color matches flooring perfectly. I am not expecting any problems.”

“We absolutely love our Flooret Lato Signature floors. We just installed our floors in our new construction. The product is easy to install for DIYers and the quality is amazing. . I have recommended to all my friends building and renovating and many of them are impressed too. The customer service is awesome...cannot say enough good things!”

“The plank is of very high quality. Keep in mind the small planks will come much faster than the full sized one, but with the great pattern variation Flooret has, the small ones could give you a slightly difference feel (mine was the darker piece of the bunch)”

“This far I have only ordered samples. The product seems fantastic but I am struggling with the samples not looking the same in my home (colorwise) as they look in the pictures on the website. I hope to find the "right" one so I can place an order and move my project forward :)”
