“I haven't received any product, because everything is on backorder for 2-3 months, so I can only speak to the order process at the moment. I was charged full price immediately at purchase without any clue when it will arrive. I was hoping the charge would come when the product is ready. I understood it is backordered when I ordered, but it still is inconvenient, I will miss my deadlines, and not being able to fulfill product will make me think twice about recommending Flooret to someone no matter how nice the floor or price is”

“Quality of the flooring is great. However the customer service, order process, and shipping is sub par. Flooring goes on backorder for months without notice and with no follow up from flooret. No one will be able to tell you when the flooring will come in because they are unable to track their shipment from China through the unload port. This becomes a difficult situation when you have renovation deadlines and contractors, move dates, and timelines must all be rescheduled. All of which incurs additional costs. The last order I received was outside their promised 12 day shipping window. After paying $200 in shipping, I had to try and negotiate with their 3rd party shipping agent to schedule my own delivery. No shipping credit was given for being outside this promised window. Buy more expensive flooring from a reputable company and you will be better off.”

“Excellent quality, excellent graphics, except Lachlan very visually disappointing. Really disappointed wouldn’t be able to get the combination of features I want, as I would like nice thick vinyl with thick underlayment, such as on signature, but in the medium width and micro bevels such as base.”

“LOVE the color and sheen of these Soho Base floors, almost perfect. Only concerns: 1. A small area had already gotten scratched within a couple of weeks (so strength is tbd) 2. The stair pieces we ordered were defective a little bit and our installers had a massive headache trying to get the stairs to work with the boards and the nose (so be warned if you have stairs!). They had to get creative to make it work using glue etc. Nonetheless, we want to keep the house consistent so we have to order a second batch for upstairs.”

“Beautiful! We compared these floor samples to others from big home improvement stores… none compared. The texture matches the wood grain pattern, the wear layer is thicker than anything in the same price range, and the colors are beautiful! Our contractor who will install the floors also commented on the quality and gave us kudos for choosing great floors. We couldn’t be happier!”

“Every order I have received there has been a substantial amount of damage.. This takes a ton of extra time and has cost me thousands with contractors and dates having to be pushed back. Please change the packaging you ship your products in.”

“Love the full size samples we got, it really gives you a great visualization of what it will look like. We had it down to 2 options and the full size planks helped us decide. Cant wait to order and get the flooring project in. These are the best samples we have gotten!”

“I didn’t realize I ordered the more expensive samples, though to was ordering the cheaper one. So double check that before you order. But the quality of the bigger more expensive samples are nice!”

“We were highly impressed with the quality of the wood flooring. The surface is very durable, and the joints are tight when snapped together. You can snap the four samples together and hold them up holding one end, parallel to the floor, and they remain solidly together. We're sold.”

“Out of all the luxury vinyl flooring we have seen and touched, Flooret's Modin collection is by far the nicest. It's thicker and more realistic than anything else we've seen. I can't wait for installation!”
