“The Flooret samples I received we’re thick, heavy, and durable. I compared them to some other samples I had and they were my favorite. the size of the samples were much larger than others I requested. The top finish is so realistic and the overall quality is higher than the other products I’m considering. I also love the direct to consumer approach. The only negative (of course this is not really a negative) is that I’m having trouble deciding on a color because they all look so nice!”

“We chose Lachlan signature and it is the perfect mix of a light colored floor with a hint of gray. Our contractor had never heard of Flooret and was very impressed with its durability, look and ease of installation. The reducers and Tmolds we ordered worked perfectly. We bought our own 3/4 quarter round to fill in the gaps between the floor and the walls. I had a very experienced paint store match it to Lachlan and it is a perfect match to the floor.”

“My experience thus far is only of the cut samples and sample planks. After doing quite a bit of research into different flooring options and vinyl flooring in particular, I settled on Flooret as have the combination of specs I was looking for. Super thick wear layer, embossed in registry pattern, extra large planks, low/no gas emissions to name a few. The samples always came quickly (I ordered a couple different styles) and they are of the quality I expected/as advertised. The only problem I had was when I ordered two full plank samples and they arrived broken in half. I'm guessing that it was FedEx's mishandling that broke them. Regardless, I reached out to Flooret about the issue, and after providing some photos of the problem, sent out two new plank samples immediately, which arrived in perfect condition. I will also say, that due to lighting differences in my home versus the pictures online, my initial samples didn't quite look as expected. I don't think that is a fault of Flooret though as your computer screen, home and lighting all play into how it looks. My suggestion would be to order some cut samples as well as planks before committing to a large purchase so that you can see exactly how it will look in your space.”
