“I like the Kingston when I look on the internet, I just can't tell from the sample if it is what I want. Do you have any retail stores?”

“I have been looking at flooring for about a year and it's a hard decision. I kept seeing Flooret pop up on my social media and finally decided to get some samples. I was worried cause I didn't really know anything about them, didn't know if they were legit. Shipping was fast! The samples were nicely packaged! And the samples are beautiful! I am on the fence with Nakan, not sure if I should go with base or signature. Some online photos Ive seen make it look very yellow/golden and I dont want that. But some make it look neutral and beautiful. Its so hard to pull the trigger. I did receive one sample where there was a crack in the corner by the click in and hope I wont deal with more that if I decide to purchase.”

“I have only ordered samples thus far, but Flooret's are far and above higher quality than their competitor's samples. I also ordered samples from Cali Bamboo and Mannington, and Flooret's signature samples blow away the competition in regards to quality, look, feel, wear layer, and style. Some of the other locking mechanisms seemed flimsy or the print looked very artificial, but Flooret's samples look solid and realistic.”

“No gimmicks or hardsell tactics, and Flooret did what it said it was going to do. Most pleasing to me was the quality of its customer service. I didn't have to wait long to speak to a rep., and the four or so times I did call (I had lots of questions because was a flooring neophyte and needed some handholding), the reps were both knowledgable and easy to communicate with. That combination of knowledge, communication skill, and ease of access is rare today.”

“We've been looking at tons of floors for what feels like months. I worked for a flooring company for almost six years and have a pretty strong opinion about what I want. We weren't able to find the right style as a vinyl and almost gave up until we ordered samples from Flooret! The shipping was quick and I love that they offer full-length samples. The products look and feel great, and the pre-attached underlayment seems to be better than some samples we got from other stores. In our first shipment we received a duplicate which left us missing one style we wanted to see. Had I contacted the company I'm sure they would have made it right, but I had a coupon code so I just ordered more samples instead!”
