“These floors are stunning! We recently bought a house that has existing vinyl plank flooring. Although new, the flooring looks cheap and low quality. I recieved 3 plank samples of the Nakan flooring and the difference in quality is night and day. The Nakan planks are substantial, feel and look realistic, and are super high quality. Can't wait to order and redo our entire house.”

“These floors are GORGEOUS!!! Seeing the pictures online I was blown away but you never know what things will look like in person. I got the Nakan, soho, and kings wood samples and all are soooo beautiful and look/feel high quality! We ended up deciding on Nakan signature and can't wait to purchase it for our whole home.”

“I have worked for both a flooring manufacturer and distributor and have sold quite a few different vinyl floor products and only found a couple I would use in my own house. I ordered samples of the Signature line. I like the wide planks, I like the feel of the product, the look of it and the thickest. It is a product I would put in my home.”

“I am extremely disappointed in this flooring, and unfortunately it is now installed throughout my entire house. Flooret has great marketing which is how it caught my attention. The colors looked awesome and updated, it was an affordable price in line with competitors, and the reviews seemed really good, so I proceeded to purchase the Lato Base. I purchased the base model because I did not want the grooves in the signature model (to catch dirt) that are in the wider/longer plank model... we have two dogs. After our contractor installed the flooring, we were having issues with gaps in between the boards and some chips. Concerned, I called the contractor and had them come out to take a look at it and try to fix the issues I was pointing out. Their professional floor installer, upon inspection and an attempt to fix the problems, told me that the quality of the floor was lacking. It doesn't have interlocking ends which leads to gaps upon being walked on - it just slides in and out of place. He also said that it is a very brittle product, so if the boards are installed tightly (like when trying to fix gaps!) there is a chance it may chip. Additionally, the wood look pattern in the planks are indented and capture all of the dirt that my dogs bring in... I bought LVP so I could mop and keep it clean, and they are hard to keep clean. All in all, I'm beyond disappointed in this product and regret purchasing and installing. It seems negligent to sell an item that is this poor quality, but marketed as "luxury." DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I spent over six figures on a beautiful home remodel, and this flooring choice is by far my biggest regret.”

“Quick shipping, great customer service and communication from the Flooret team! It's nice to know they pick up the phone when you need them. While waiting for my delivery, they were able to connect me with the shipping provider directly (ahead of time) so that I could get my delivery scheduled ASAP. Delivery came sooner than expected as well. I'm really happy with the color after only initially seeing a small sample of Lato and few customer photos online. I'm looking forward to using more Flooret in the rest of my home.”

“Ordered almost 2000 sq ft of flooring. Some of it was damaged during shipping but Flooret took care of that promptly and with minimal paperwork. It installed nicely and looks great. Long term durability is yet to be determined. I loved the Craftsman line. The Signature line was also of good quality but was harder to install and I did not care for the wide plank look as much. The Base line was definitely a lower tier product but that is reflected in its price.”
