“These floors look amazing in our home. The quality is great and they are super easy to clean. I absolutely love these floors. I do find that they scratch kinda easily but I also think that is because I went with such a dark color. (Note: I am obsessed with the color and if your careful then they won’t scratch!) Flooret’s customer service was also outstanding! They communicated with me throughout the process and were able to schedule for me to pick them up instead of shipping them out so that I could get them sooner. Seriously amazing customer service and amazing product!”

“We ordered both the Kingswood Base and Signature samples. While we liked the advantages of the signature line, we did not like the beveled edge that appeared to be painted. It really drew your eye to that and we did not want that sticking out on the floor. We decided to go with the base Kingswood.”

“I was so impressed with the quality, and beauty of all the samples. The 40 year layer has me all in. The samples arrived fast and the ability to snap a picture and see the appearance in your home is a nice feature. The most difficult part of the process is deciding. They are all beautiful!”

“The tiles look great and the colors are very nice. The quality is way better than my local retailers. I preferred the base over the premium only because of the raised bevel. Quality and prices are very good.”

“Don't waste your money. After paying for small samples, I paid for 2 full-length samples to get a better idea of the look of one option. Flooret claims to have multiple patterns, but both samples were the same pattern. I called to speak to a customer service rep and after being on indefinite hold, hearing the same message repeated every 30 seconds, I left my number for a callback. Flooret never called me back.”

All samples are packed at random so while there is a very small chance of getting repeats in your sample orders, it does occasionally happen. “While the Flooret product worked out well in our space, customer service has been less than expected. The first issue occurred when a damaged box arrived. After an online back-and-forth with customer service, the person finally agreed to send us an undamaged box - which then arrived - eventually - undamaged. We needed an additional shipment weeks later. I had to reach out to customer service to inquire about delivery and I received an ambiguous answer that the order would be going out shortly. Again, eventually, we received the shipment. The FedEx driver arrived with the four boxes- 50-pounds each. The driver lost handling of one of the boxes as he lifted them off the truck. The box was damaged, but flooring was OK -not damaged (Whew.) Now, after reading the RETURN policy, I have emailed Flooret support three times inquiring how to potentially RETURN an unused/unopened box of flooring. I have NOT received a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or any communication or acknowledgment of my return request.”
