Thanks Florida Masters (and the agent Lee) for the amazing holiday at a bargain price! We wish to return to Orlando in 2018, we'll be booking with them again. Recommended!!

The "Poor Overall Rating" is mainly for a very poor customer service and extremely poor communication from Mr Lee Davy. Not the same rating will apply to Mr Alasdair Nadar who try to solve the issue with had with our holiday and been very understanding, therefore for him I would like to give an excellent customer service rating,

I was charged an adult flight price for my child who is 15 when we fly. I paid my flights all before the due date. When the legislation came into force about 12-15 not paying tax for flights I contacted them for my refund of £71.00 to date I am still waiting after numerous telephone calls and emails. Crap customer service after you have booked just want your money and nothing else

Lawrence was very helpful from the first call and listened to our thoughts for the perfect holiday. He got us onto Virgin flights at a great price and the villa for our second week was simply stunning. Would definitely use them again. ;-)

Unable to get responses. didn't get vouchers promised. Flight details messed up and had a minor travelling as a separate from group of 5 subsequently had problems at all ports with security boarding passes and seating etc.... Initial booking was easy, payed all balance due then at arrival at hotel and rental car had to pay extras that apparently weren't advised on booking. Called to speak to people concerned, emailed and even after trip unable to get response to messages or emails. If you are looking for cheap holiday, make sure to carry extra cash for extra hotel bits that are not mentioned....and extra meals as meal cards or discounts were not received and one received not viable for location we were at... :(

Good and easy to make booking - in fact better than average (I have been to Florida alone 32 times so should know a good easy booking) however after that service quickly goes down. I tried a few times to speak to service but no callbacks was ever made, due to personal circumstances I had to pay in full on the last day balance was due and oddly I could only make payment to the agent I bought the trip from - and apparently she did not meet in till 1300(she informed me quite tartly when I finally spoke to her after 1300) however no out of office message was on the contact number - so rather stressful . I then tried to call to see if i could upgrade seats no answer. I left a request for a call back on the online callback form - no callback - your loss money wise. On the day of our travel the car that we had upgraded to had been rented out by Avis so we were left for an hour(with no updates in the garage after 12 hours on the road, no aircon) while Budget searched for and Valeted another car (which subsequently broke down while we were driving off the tourist track and we had to rely on kindness from local people to help us) I still don't believe that we had the car that we paid for an upgrade but staff at budget does not seem to feel obliged to help at all. We did get another car and the staff in Sarasota who handled this was extremely kind and helpful. I don't know if I will book from you again as I feel that you are happy to collect but not able(or capable?) to provide a basic service- telephone support would be great. We travel 1-2 a year to Florida so I want to make sure the we are safe when travelling and my overall impression has not wholly convinced me that you are eager to provide.

Have booked with Florida Masters for the last couple of years and have always had good prices for the holidays. The staff when booking the holiday always very pleasant and very helpful especially as we book as a large party with some people coming out on different dates or flying to different destinations before flying out to meet the rest of the party but i have found that when waiting for a reply to any enquiry you have you constantly have to email or phone them. We have also had problems with the transfers each time we have arrived at Florida. The transfer companies have both stated that the reservations were not made, luckily enough we had paper work which the transfer companies excepted and presumably took up with Florida Masters or Major Travel,, after a long flight the last thing you need is the hassle of waiting around the airport while this is sorted out. This said i would still have no problems booking with Florida Masters in the future

Good price, sorted flights, villa and car hire. Good communication on phone, not left holding in a que, dealt with any queries very quickly. some people don't always answer emails straight away. Katolina however was spot on with email communication. Haven't gone away yet so will update when we are back

The booking was totally straightforward with excellent communication. The final payment was chased up on my part which I found unusual. The final vouchers were not sent till I chased them up, and there were no reminders regarding the holiday I terms of visas etc which other travel agents had done on previous US holidays. My main criticism is that the agent did not put our special request to the resort to be given a townhouse bybthebfacilities for medical reasons, which had been provided I previous visits. The resort had no request and this impacted greatly on ouot

1. Flights changed three times - the last time after we had paid our full balance and without prior notification resulting in reduced quality transatlantic flight from UK to US despite our requirements being absolutely clear at the quote stage. 2. Had to book our own Disney Express transfer from MCO despite email confirmations from Florida Masters agent(s) that this would be dealt with as part of the booking process. 3. Compensatory voucher to cover return transfer to MCO never received, despite email and telephone assurances. 4. Repeated failures to respond to emails/voicemail messages. As regular travellers to the USA we will NEVER use Florida Masters and/or Major Travel again. If anyone is even remotely interested I will happily provide the names of the individuals who provided such appalling customer service as well as the name of one member of staff at Major Travel who tried her best to help.

Lee Davy our booking agent was very good, nothing was too much trouble for him. Flights were superb, United airlines excellent service. Car hire was quick and easy. Villa out of this world, very high standard. Florida masters offered us a very good price and service, so much so we recommend them to my brother, who booked for May 2017 with Florida masters.

We went as a group of two families (4 adults 3 children) and we had a wonderful holiday in Orlando, Florida. We had a direct flight with Virgin Atlantic and everything was already arranged with the car hire company at our arrival. The 4 bed villa was amazing with private pool and games room that our kids loved so much during our relaxing evening after long days at WDW and other theme parks. Big money saved with Florida Masters, I really hope to go again next year!

Booking my holiday to Orlando through Florida Masters was an easy process. Lilly arranged everything we wanted and more. We were told what villa we were getting and shown photos, no surprises for when we arrive. She upgraded our flights from indirect to direct for free, always answered our questions and the service was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble. We only have 45 Sleeps until our holiday and I already have all of the information I need for the villa, like entry code. I have access to my Virgin flights and when I have questions Lilly is always on hand to help. No one could match Florida Masters price, they really do offer great deals and service without any pressure. Just can't wait to get there now!
