“I placed an order for over $150 5 weeks ago and still have not received my order. The shipment tracking hasn't changed for 25 days. I contacted FloryDay over 10 times and they continued to tell me it was in the shipping process. They have not tried to settle this for me, their Customer Service dept. is a joke. I question whether this company is legit.”

“Fair warning. I returned $260 worth of clothing because I was so disappointed with the cheap quality. I could not even convince my 13 year old clothes horse to keep the items with the thought that she would grow out of them then I could donate... I sent the tracking number and picture of the box (that was taken with the shipping label attached to it as required) to Floryday to prove the box was on the way. 6 months later I am still fighting to get my money back. First I was told it's a holiday there is no one to look into my issue. Now I am told the package never arrived... SCAM!!!”

“Terrible refund policy. Placed order and then cancelled as I got nervous about the bad review of their products.....still 10 days later and no refund. Took them 2 minutes to debit my credit card though!!! Shady company from China. Gonna hound them til I get the funds back though. Visa will step in if they don't refund so either way......”

“I ordered 2items onJauary 7th and that is when they charged my credit card. The items were supposed to arrive within 8-18 business days hiwever as of yet, February 8th I have not received items or notification of an expected date of delivery. Will never irder from them and will call the credit card company to dispute charges!”

“Placed an order at the end of Nov 2018. Never received product & had my credit card company reverse the charges. Floryday decided to dispute the charged and LIE to the credit card company stating that I NEVER contacted them. I've just provided my credit card company with a copy of my email to them ALONG WITH FLORYDAYS RESPONSE! Crooks! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Hopefully I can get my money back.”

“I ordered a dress and am very upset that it is taking so long to get here. It was estimated 8-18 days, I ordered it January 11. 2019. I needed it for a wedding in March. Will never use this company again.”

“I have ordered clothes worth nearly £60 , they have never arrived , I have emailed the company and I was sent an email saying it’s chinese New Year and my order will be looked at in 11 days time. !! It was ordered weeks and weeks ago . I can’t find a contact phone number anywhere for them . It’s a lot of money to me , I wish also I had seen these reviews first”

“I also was expecting a beautiful jacket and when it came it was awaful...cheap cheap fabric. I found it difficult to find their returns policy but I did and got my refund for the jacket but not the postage. I will never use this company again.”

“Worst representation of a product I’ve ever seen. Ordered a coat that was NOTHING like the picture! Sizing was wrong, material was different! Awful. Such cute things shown but would NEVER order from this company again bc of quality!”

“Very poor quality product received, nothing like the advertised item. Supposed to have been a wool jumper but resembled a cheap t-shirt! Returned the item, I did get a refund but the returns process is a nightmare. Will never use this company again.”

“I would give this company a ZERO, if I could. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, paid in full. Received a notice TODAY, that my order has been cancelled due to non payment (a lie) and that I should receive a refund in 10-14 Days!!! If I hadn't paid (their claim), why would I need a refund???? This whole copmpany is a scam.”

“Shocked customer who's now suspicious. I couldn't even write a proper review of the popular coat I bought on their website because I wasn't a member and thus they didn't have my purchase saved in their system. There's a lot of polite language and kind emails, but it really isn't very helpful... working on my return right now and I am discovering that. Lots of complicated hoops to jump through.”

“Just to say thank you to all the unlucky reviewers who warned us! When I saw that a coat I wanted would be $20 shipping, bells and whistles went off and I checked the reviews. Thank Goodness I did! I won't order that tempting coat now, nor anything else from this company or any company that does work in China!!”

“I placed my first and last order in November. The package has not yet arrived. When tracking the package it continues to show that it is in transit. I will NEVER, EVER order from this company again. If the package ever arrives and the dress does not fit, I will give it to Goodwill, rather than going through the hassle of trying to return it. Think twice before you place an order with this company!”

“I spent 165.00 with this company and not 1 piece was correct. Terrible and shotty workmanship. I'm a woman who wears a size large. These pieces were sooo big I had to give them away. Nothing like the pictures. Sleeves uneven and material awful. Stay away!”

“very very poor quality fabric, cheap dies used and stink of chemicals. nothing like the photos. be warned! the prices are low for a reason! delivery was on time and well packaged. but the products are for the garbage. very disappointed.”

“Absolute garbage. Photos look great but the item you will receive is a cheap poor quality Chinese copy made from a cheap itchy material. Had to open a claim via PayPal to get my refund. Also delivery should have been 7-9 days I waited for 30 days with a tracking number that does not exist. Check the reviews there's 1000s of bad reviews on lots of review sites. DO NOT RISK BUYING ANYTHING IT'S A SCAM they just make it so difficult to get a refund and hope you will go away and give up so they can keep your money.”
