I think this maybe the same company as the scam Just fashion now. Don't trust it. These companies should be taken down, so other people aren't tempted by the lovely pictures which bare no resemblance to the product you get!! AVOID!!!

I ordered a dress that is too big and the quality sucks. I tried to get a return and the service sucks. I had to send an email and says that reply eill take 24 hours. Its been two days and still no reply. The service from other online shops like shein and pretty little things were reliable and fast. No emails just process the return on the app itself.. this is the first time Ibought and will definitely be the last!!!

I placed an order from Floryday a month ago & still not received anything. They charged my acct for the full order. I reached out to them & did not get a response. These companies need to be regulated. Once we receive our items then should they charge us. If it looks too good to be true. More likely they are ripping you off.

My second purchase with Floryday, first was okay, but I thought it didn’t look quite the same as advert, now the second order is definitely not the same! And is quite vivid, I hope I wear it, but no more ordering from Floryday for me!!

JUST RECEIVED ORDER. I HAD TO PAY HALF THE PRICE OF ORDER AGAIN TO CUSTOMS. PROBABLY MY OWN MISTAKE SHOULD CHECK THESE THINGS BEFORE.BUT AGAIN THOUGHT THESE GOODS WERE COMING FROM USA AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IMPORTS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES BEFORE. ORDER A PAIR OF SHOES IN MY NORMAL SIZE 5 AND THEY BARELY FIT. THEY WOULDN'T LAST LONG AS MATERIAL SOLE AND UPPER VERY POOR QUALITY. JUMPER AND DRESS IN SIZES I NORMALLY GET WAY TOO SMALL.DRESS POOR QUALITY MATERIAL AND ALL WRINKLED. ONLY THING IS BLOUSE I ORDERED FITS AND WILL JUST ABOUT DO. NEEDLESS TO SAY , PRETTY EXPENSIVE ORDER AND LESSON. SO BE WARNED AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING.

I just cancelled my order through chat. He said ok since it has not shipped. I did this due to the horrible reviews. I hope I get my money back. They have already charged me, When they take your money before your item ships it is a red flag.

I had ordered a blouse that looked fitted on the website. After reading the reviews on this website I became worried that I was being scammed so I immediately tried to do more research. I saw the same blouse on another website on Amazon so I grew even more worried. Seeing the item in different pictures I decided I didn't like it anyways so I grew more adamant to cancel thinking I would be ignored or scammed. To my pleasant surprise I got an immediate reply and my item was refunded immediately. They of course offered other solutions but deferred to my request. I felt so much better having realized I hadn't been scammed and in fact had been treated with the utmost respect.

I ordered annals which were advertised as leather - when they arrived they were made from cheap, smelly synthetic materials and the workmanship was very poor. I have returned the item at my own expense and am still waiting for a refund, long past the stated 14 working days, nor have a received replies to my emails to chase up repayment. Buyers beware!

I ordered a pair of sandals which looked good in the photo, but were very disappointing on arrival - not the promised leather materials but cheap plastic and the workmanship was poor. Despite returning the item at my own expense, I am still trying to get a refund of the basic cost and it is now over the stated 14 working days. Needless to say, there has been no response to my messages. Buyers beware!

Id like to know why they can still advertise on Facebook all these Chinese companies are rubbish. Designs copied from Fashion Houses. Please dont waste your money they look gorgeous as many of the others do, but better to throw your money away than get disappointed.

I placed an order with Floryday over a month an a half ago & got an email confirming that my order was submitted & payment is made. I later got an email stating to expect my order in a few days. I still have not received my order and it's been over a month & a half. I reached out to them on their website addressing my concern. No one has gotten back. Looks like they take up payment but dont send anything out. Their email is probably automated once your order is placed. Buyer beware.

After taking longer than promised and with poor communication I received my order, I was not happy with the poor quality and it looked nothing like on the website so wanted to return. This process was long and complicated and you begin to wish you hadn’t bothered. They do not want the items back as they offer you a 70% refund for you to keep them. I did receive a refund eventually after returning the items minus £12 for delivery/returns!!!!!! No I will not order from this company again!!

One more thing, Floryday isn't an American website, it's a Chinese one from Shenzhen, China. Even you paid additional charge for faster shipping, it still took double time to receive. I ordered on May 12, received the dress on May 20, per their website, it should take only 2-4 days.

Just wanted to warn others about Floryday. Don't buy junk at expensive prices. I wish I would have read the reviews here before I ordered. It was my first time to buy clothing online, and I had a very bad experience from this website. I bought a dress from Floryday, it looks gorgeous on the pic. But when I received it, not exactly same as the pic. I was so disappointed. The worst thing was that there was a kind of uncomfortable smell, that made me keep sneezing. After I tried it on, my skin started itching too. Comparing to the materials and the quality, it's not worth the price at all. Won't buy anything from this website again.

I'm glad I read all your reviews before ordering, I thought it was a bit strange that a a counting down timer was on each item re a discount, to obviously force you into buying the item quickly. They definatly sound fraudulant! and sorry for all of you that have been scammed by this company, they need reporting to Trading Standards DISGUSTING COMPANY!!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that looked fabulous on the website, but I was fooled! Very misleading! They claimed that they were supposedly genuine leather. They turned out to be cheap, smelly plastic and very uncomfortable. Certainly far from genuine leather! I also had a surprise email 2 weeks after placing my order and paying, requesting another payment of R121.00 for customs duty. This had to be paid over and above the purchase of the goods before the parcel was released! Was an expensive and disappointing experience all round.

I ordered 3 items from Floryday and it took over 20 days to arrive. I returned the items within 1 week but I did not receive my full refund per their policy. I was told that the money would be returned to me within 10 days from the date of the email I received. The items were posted as returned 8 days prior to the email so that would make it 18 days to get money back. I will never shop with FloryDay again.
