Oh man, wish I had read all the reviews before I placed my order! Ordered on March 25th and here we are on May 2 and still haven't received anything but after reading the reviews I'm guessing I'd be lucky if I got ANYTHING!

Dress size too small. Paid for expedited delivery and got charged €35 in customs and duty to Ireland. Was told i should know the customs rules in my country, Ireland !!!?? Should have read reviews, i will get my refund for duty charges or god help them..

Terrible service and horrible return policy. Ordered pants, they came late and by the time they arrived I was out of the country, so when I got back after the 14 day window they would not let me return the pants. The pants themselves were also very poor quality - nothing how they appear in the picture and the sizes are completely out of whack. Extremely disappointing, avoid at all costs. I think this is a fraudulent, shady company.

Everything!! They are so bad!! Item looked nothing like on website. Return process non existent and they promised a refund instead. Still have not received it. HUGE mistake. Do NOT use them

The clothes look fabulous on their website but they are really poor quality and when you try to contact them about returns they do not reply. Avoid floryday at all costs!

The dress was badly made from cheap fabric, it was absolutely awful! Also the returns procedure is not straight forward.

Floryday. Do not buy anything from this company. The dress I brought April 9th is still not here as of last day of April. I have text them still no help why can't you talk with them? DO Not Buy From These People!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company I have text and still no dress I ordered April 9 and even after trying to get someone to help me ,no luck it is now the last day of April NO DRESS. Don't buy anything from them. I can't even get my money back!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase from this company!!!! I ordered a coat, which was beautiful and I wore twice. The second time the snaps came off and left two holes. Now it does not close. I contacted the company and they state that they do not accept damaged goods. This is an inferior product. Buyer beware!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible shipping times!!!! I didn’t realize I was dealing with a Chinese company and it takes a month for the item to arrive and a portion of the dress fits me and is a size 18 but the arms are a size 4..... don’t ever order from this company!!!

Not even deserving of one star, this company strikes me as fraudulent. 'Been waiting 28 days for an order. Waiting so far 2 days for a return label on another order that took 22 days. They deliberately make it impossible for easy returns. Will report to Consumer Fraud Agency if I do not receive refunds.

One star is one too many. This company showed a picture of a dress baring no resemblance to the one i received. It was incredibly poor quality and in the package there was no return slip. Also no phone number. After a lot of searching i found out how to return the item. This took days of correspondence with the company. They eventually agreed to refund my money minus £6.18 to cover their delivery. I got intouch with trading standards who informed me I could not do anything as the company is registered in Kuala Lumpur . They do however have a site in birmingham. It also cost me £4.50 to return the item ( which was not refunded) I would advice anyone not to deal with this company. After many emails they have finally refunded my £6.18

I have not received my order!! It was processed in February 2019, shipped March 26, 2019. Today is April 26, 2019 and I have heard NOTHING. Have not received items, tracking isn't working, no update emails from company. However, I noticed my payment was processed immediately.

They delivered my package to the wrong address. They said they would resend but have not. No one seems to know much and there is no indication that they have resent the package. I already paid for the item, but online service is not good. $50 down the drain I suppose.

Clothes made to look good but they are poor fabrics and don't fit. Also they often don't have any labels. Then try and send them back after waiting ages for your items let alone get your money back. Thank goodness I used PayPal. Plus I can't stop their ads spoiling my time on line. Tell me how to do it please!

1. Products Ship from CHINA. 2. Shipping from CHINA crates package tracking issues with incorrect status information. Their website states "Received Goods" when my order is still in China, 10 days after ordering! 3. Chat help is GARBAGE. They don't read and they supply only canned answers. "Don't worry, the website may be mistaken. Your products will show up". I for one will never order from them again. I really don't care how good the products are, with this kind of service - it's just not worth my time.

I will NEVER order from this company again. My son is getting married over Mother's Day weekend. I was searching for my mother of the groom dress and stumbled upon Floryday. I found two dresses that I thought would be perfect for the day. It was beginning of February when I found them. One dress was a 'Pre-Order' product and the other they had in stock. I ordered them on 2/21/19 and the money was immediately taken from my account. I received confirmation of the order and started the waiting process for shipment. Finally I received notification the order had shipped. I went in and started watching the tracking only to find out that the 'Pre-Order' dress wasn't shipping and they would be returning my money for that. They did return the money and I went back to waiting. As I watched the tracking information it NEVER changed. I then mid-March contacted the company via email and was told that once the items were in the states (the shipment started in China) that the tracking would change. WRONG!!! Side note: Even as I looked today the tracking information has NEVER been updated!!! So, I waited a few more days and started emailing back/forth with the company. The only thing they did well was communicate to me via the email. The time for receiving the item was ridiculous. I just, on Monday, April 15th, received my item which was to be here in 10 business days. UNACCEPTABLE. I was in a position that I had to then start shopping again and actually found a dress somewhere else. I told the company I didn't want the item and their answer was to give me a "coupon" to shop at their company. NEVER did they offer to give me back my money until I DEMANDED they reimburse me. Even then, which I actually understand, did they not agree to do so until I actually received my item. Still, once I received their option was to let me keep the item and just give me a "coupon" which is basically a credit for me to shop with them again, which WOULD NOT be happening. After multiple requests I settled with keeping the item and getting 75% of my money back via the same method I paid it. They were prompt in giving me back my money, but it took me time to get them to actually give me the $ back. As for the quality of the item ..... it does NOT fit, the quality is NOT good, it is very flimsy in the way it is made and I will probably cut the rest of my losses and just put it in the bin for Goodwill. Hopefully someone else can use it. I will NOT be using this company ever again in the future. I have purchased many items online and I have had them come from overseas and never have I experienced something so irritating and frustrating as I did with this company. Anybody who orders from them, I hope you have a better experience than I did. But I'd warn you to not order something you want for a specific event or by a specific time because it WILL NOT happen. Whatever you order, I hope it is something you can wait for it to arrive and not car when it happens.

I have to say the communication with Flory day was good. The dress arrived on time, but the quality was pretty awful. The photo had looked really good, but the dress was shapeless and the material very flimsy and creased. It didn't hang well. The low quality of the item would put me off ordering from them again. The return process was more complicated than all other companies I have dealt with, but the amount was refunded back into my Paypal account.
