“Placed an order on 5/18...still waiting for items to be shipped. No real responses to emails, only automated responses. They were quick to take my payment but not quick to get my order filled. IS THIS AN ONLINE HOAX???”

“Still waiting for my refund on goods which were of very poor quality. Sizing is different every time . Won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend them pam”

“Ordered top €22.40. Paid express shipping and handling fee €17.91. Total should be €40.31. Got email today saying I owe DHL an additional €21.88 which is made up of an advanced payment of €14.50 Plus a payment of €7.38 for vat at import. Total for top now stands at €62.19. Needless to say I won't be paying this.”

“I placed an order on May 14th of this year. The website said, 5-7 days for shipping. I have still not received my order, although they charged my credit card the day I ordered. I have tried to reach them by email repeatedly. They say the will respond in 24 hours. That is a lie too. Don't buy from them. I cannot get them to respond to cancel my order or credit my card.”

“I ordered a dress just over 5 weeks ago and despite chasing it up over and over I today received an email saying it has been despatched but not to expect it for up to 3 more weeks so they have had my money for 8 weeks before get sight of the dress so do not go by the 5 to 9 days delivery they will take 5 weeks before they get to your order. Goodness knows what will happen if the dress does not fit.😱”

“Well I must be one of the lucky ones..ordered two dresses..at a few weeks apart.Received both and not unhappy with either..in fact have received nice compliments on both. The second dress (which is quite colorful) would have been perfect if made out of something al little more heavy like guaze.Dress is made out of transparent lightweight nylon.Luckily I have the perfect undergarment to wear with. So if you order keep this in mind..the material could be something other then what it appears in picture as it seems this may be the case.”

“Claimed to deliver within 5 to 9 days but when it hadn't arrived I checked my order status and it said processing in 14 to 21 days. This would obviously not arrive in time for when I needed it and so I cancelled the order. I was promised a response within 24 hours which I have never received. Can't get in contact with them at all and now looking into it they are obviously a rip off sweat shop based in Hong Kong. Google are promoting them like mad and really ought to take some responsibility for promoting companies of such a dubious nature. It's costing honest businesses and customers millions. Just avoid them. The internet is a huge thing and Floriday are just mud dwelling pond life. There really is no reason whatsoever to use them.”

“Horrible quality. Looks nothing like the photo. Only wish I read reviews on google before purchasing a $40 shirt. On the floryday website, the item had ALL good reviews. I’m assuming they can edit. Very horrible material. Do not waste your money”

“I ordered 2 dresses a couple of years ago and they were to small, floryday replaced them with no problem. I have recently ordered another dress but was getting a little concerned after reviews, but it arrived today just as the picture and lovely material although I am a size 12/14 but did have to order a large. I have read many negative reviews but I can only go on my own experience”

“4835983996 I ordered two dresses, they were ok, the one I wanted was too small (uk12/14) and I would have re-ordered BUT trying to return the items was a nightmare. I received an email to say keep the dresses and 100% refund would be made in 7-14days...think I’ve been scammed and lost money. The big concern is they have my card details on record and thousands of others too”

“I ordered 4 dresses right off. This was my mistake. I was saving on shipping and time. 2 had the same design, but different sizes. What i got was nothing like the picture. Floryday copied someone’s design but made a cheap version of it. The hems were not finished, the bowls weren’t there, the sleeves and waist were not the same. A third dress was supposed to have a wrap that went from one side of the dress to the other, creating a bow over one shoulder. Well, there was only enough fabric to go half way to the center of the dress. It was hideous. I threw it away. The 4th dress was supposed to be silk and flowy, but it had too much fabric in the middle with poor seems and asymmetry all over the place. The dress did not resemble the picture at all. I complained on their facebook page, but it got deleted, like all other complaints they received. I wasted a lot of $. None of the dressed were usable. My most horrible experience buying online ever! I do NOT recommend! Spare the aggravation and disappointment. FloryDay is a scam!”

“No Stars would be a better choice. Just finished chatting with FloryDay. I can't track my package, agent said just wait, it has been shipped. I ordered it 5 days ago. This place is a scam, don't order from this company. I should have read all the reviews.”

“Received the first dress but still waiting for the second dress.First dress was okay but not worth $80.. probably will never see second dress. Took a chance.Too bad..stores are closing endlessly all over and hear the same complaint..no where to buy nice dresses and this is what happens when ordering online.”

“I bought 2 bathing suits and 2 shirts the same. One was supposed to be a gift. No way would I give that shirt! The quality is terrible! The bathing suits did not have a finished hem. Returning is impossible. I will never order from them again. All the stuff was shipped from China.”
