After a month my crazy box of shoes arrived today from China. They are absolutely ridiculous. They are so flimsy that i could have made them at home in my spare time. They smell like gasoline. This company is not in England!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I'm all but certain if I try to return them, hell would freeze over before I got a response!

This is the usual Chinese rubbish. Delivery again, 32 days instead of promised 5-9 days. But prices are extortional! Avoud, avoid avoid. Disappointment in quality, delivery. Watch sizes- it is totally different from those listed on their website.

Love the dresses super choice. Have had to return a few things (personal choice). No free returns but use Hermes. Money refunded to my account very quickly - you just have to read the returns policy carefully

I received my order today and am thoroughly disappointed. Not only did it take 20 days to arrive, this blouse looks nothing like advertised. What I thought I purchased was a white blouse with muted blue, gray and red flowers. Instead, I received an off-white blouse with bright red, blue and taupe. I will never wear this thing. This is false advertising

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR A LADIES TOP TO ARRIVE. WHEN IT DID IT WAS COVERD IN SOMONES HAIR.. LOOKED AS IF IT BEEN WORN.. NO LUCK CONTACTING THEM TO COMPLAIN & LOOK FOR REFUND.... I TO PUT IT IN THE BIN.. IM TRYING TO REPORT THIS COMPANY SO THE MORE OF YOU WHO PUT INFORMATION ON HERE WE MAYBE ABLE TO GET THEM REPORTED.

Very frustrating still waiting for a parcel ordered 6th April and told it’s lost by yodel , have asked fur a refund or replacement and told to wait and be patient

I was going to order a dress for my daughters upcoming baby shower but now I’m afraid to order anything from them. So sad.... the dress is absolutely gorgeous. But I can’t afford for it to be late or for my cc to be overcharged.

I believe this is a SCAM floryday is doing. When I was placing the order it says standard shipping is $5.99 and expedite shipping is an additional charge of $4.99. I selected and they charged me for expedited shipping then sent the dress standard shipping, stealing my money. They refuse to help in any way. Their resolution was for me to be patient, I paid for 2 day shipping so it was here in time for an event. It was not here in time I don't want it. I placed the order on Thursday May 2nd at the latest the dress should have been delivered on Monday May 5th. It is now Monday May 13th and no dress they say it will at least another 18 days till delivery. I have contacted them several times to no avail. I no longer want the dress or need the dress. I honestly believe this is a SCAM and they are stealing peoples money. I have proof from my receipts I took screenshots to prove they are stealing money. They are rude and dismissive.

They are a scum...am still trying to investigate them...I ordered an item over a month ago that was meant to reach me btwn 5 to 9 days. Their tracking system is bogus too. If anyone has any infor about them please get in touch...like I said they r under investigation with consumer trade My number is UK 07450976898

Run away as fast as you can. This is a foreign company doing biz in the USA. Their marketing is irresistible BUT the product is flimsy and poor quality. Masters of deception. I had to search like a detective to find an email for their customer service. Finally I found it. They said return to an address in the Midwest and photo the post office receipt. I did that. I even got a signed acceptance receipt and paid to certify the package. I sent all this as instructed. They said I would be credited. Now 2 months later......NOTHING. No credit issued. Total ripoff company. Pinterest must remove their adds !!

OMG, big mistake to order. It took two months to receive the order. it was not deilvered to the door. all 4 dresses were in the mailbox. I took a long time toget my refund after a terrible return process.

The item I ordered in good faith was nothing like the one I received! The material was dreadful and the style too. Nothing like the image; and I religiously stuck to their size guides but the dress I received would have fit a baby elephant! I must say the customer service team did answer my queries and did their best to pacify me with a 70% off my next order! As if. I opted to return it and have received the initial cost of the dress but am £10 out of pocket for delivery/return costs. My advice....., steer well clear!

Still waiting to receive my order. Ordered back in March and they say they sent to the wrong address. They are contacting me on FB which is kind of weird. oh well, FB and Pinterest should pull their ads.
