“Service was excellent I needed a dress in a hurry for a wedding and sent an email to see if I could get the item sooner and your team sent me the item priority without charging extra postage, i was very relieved to get my dress in time as I had been let down by another company, thank you and I have no hesitation to recommend your company”

“It’s a great way to shop, but when I needed to return items it was too difficult & the process was drawn out, not pleasant when the customer feels like it’s her fault the clothes didn’t fit (sleeves to small). Process to complicated. Returns were Very unpleasant so I will not be using this service again.”

“This dress was very unlike other items that I have bought from Floryday. It was completely shapeless and the material was awful. However, Floryday responded very promptly to my complaint and completely refunded my payment. This is good customer service.”
