Absolutely dreadful quality- complete waste of 20 + pounds! Didn’t bother to try to send back or try for refund after reading other reviews! Put straight in bin- the so-called jumpsuit that is! TOTAL SCAM

Really poor quality clothes nearly impossible to contact them not a Uk address I think they hope you’ll give up & not get a refund I certainly would never buy from them again it took a lot of effort & time to get my money back

Ordered three blouses but none are particularly good. Decided to return one but it seems impossible. I tried the online chat and the email they gave me was not deliverable. DON’T BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

I ordered from them ! Never Again ! Two Months Later I recieve my order it was very cheaply made ! They have No Phone Number ! I Sent my order back ,never heard a word from them !!! Had to get money back from my bank !! SCAM !!! They keep Changing their Name !!! Big Red Flag!!!

Ordered a dress which took 7 weeks to arrive. Chased it up over and over again but made no difference. When it did arrive the dress was such poor quality I did not even try it on but returned it immediately. The material was very cheap and the hem was unfinished just cut and left. It was not as the picture at all. I am waiting for my refund but have no confidence that it will be quick, in addition despite the dress being not as described I have to pay the return postage. I will not buy from them again.

Size and appearance of swimsuit was not accurate at all. Ran extremely small- wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased from them. Don’t waste your time, returning doesn’t sound like it wd be easy.. 😫🙈

High postage to start but thought worth a try. No return or refund policy for swimwear. The item I ordered was sold as size 12, my dress size with all national companies, their item was very small, should be sold as a 10 not 12. I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone

The quality of the merchandise is very bad. It doesn’t look like the one on the picture. I will never buy from them again. I’m dealing with the customer service right now. Have not heard from them yet.

Stay well away from this company, paying high costs for shipping only to know its not getting to you in the allotted time that you have paid for ... their response time is slow and when you chat them they just answer its in transit ?? they raise a ticket then NOTHING ... if you take notice of this "Just read the small print" its ALL coming from china

dress was supposed to be linen. It is a poly weave, More like a sweater dress. Cotton t-shirt was slick thin, poly/ satinette? only gives 7 days to return. Takes a month to get here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I sent back a dress to them, but I didn't get any credit from them as they promised me. They don't refund any items. I lost money. Watch out, this company is not honest.

I ordered goods. Then cancelled the same day for a refund. The pending money was still taken and now it says the goods are on route. Even though they sent email to say they are aware of cancellation

I ordered a dress for a wedding. Nothing, not even any communication that they had received the order. They took the money and I waited but nothing happened. I still waited but nothing, then I got my bank statement and it looks like the money was put back, no explanation, nothing. I think the service and communication was dreadful.

Ordered a dress for a wedding took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, then the sizing was wrong, returned but although told I would get my refund still waiting 2 weeks later. Rubbish communication.

No one replies to my requests. Tracking # not valid. Several attempts to contact with no reply. This was for my grandaughters wedding and now I have to find another dress. No way to call.....just chat or emails that are ignored

Did not receive Dress ordered. Live chatted twice, no response. Tracking # was not valid. This dress was for my granddaughter’s wedding and this left me without a dress, had to scramble to find another dress. Never will use this site again. You can only submit a good review, site gives you a hard time with only 1 star......

Placed an order on 5/18...still waiting for items to be shipped. No real responses to emails, only automated responses. They were quick to take my payment but not quick to get my order filled. IS THIS AN ONLINE HOAX???
