“I ordered a top at the beginning of April payment was taking I was told item was shipped and I would take 5-9 days for item to arrive. Guess what no top this site is a joke and needs shutting down. I am now trying to get a refund .”

“Whatever you do DO NOT use this company. They take forever to deliver, the quality is the worst I have ever encountered and they have a returns policy that is impossible to navigate. Nothing corresponds so they make it possible to send items back. DO NOT, I REPEAT ,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am out £300. I have my credit card company looking into them for fraud so advise you all to do the same.”

“I think this company is a scam and I'm out about$200.00. 'Ordered March 29 and still have not received. Contacted them and was told they would issue a refund - and then received an email claiming that the items have now been shipped so I can not cancel my order. Will contact better bus. bureau and consumer fraud protection.”

“Thanks God this time I was not a victim of scam, I checked and found out this is chinese they are all scams. I was a victim with other company and Capital ONe my credit company did not honoured it so I decided to check on companies before ordering thanks god I did . and as for Capital one its there wont use it anymore”

“BEWARE!!!! This company does not advise it is in China on the Internet. I went into Floryday UK thinking it was in the UK. I live in the EU and was shocked when the goods arrived after a MONTH and that I had to pay Foreign Tax and custom duties . The order value was US79 and I had to pay 140US for foreign tax and custom duties!!!!! Worse still, was the fact that I ordered 5 items and ONLY RECEIVED TWO there was no note to say OUT OF STOCk when I selected each item. Worse Customer Service I have ever had.”

“I received my item, it took just over one week in total which was good in comparison to some reviews. My disappointment came when courier requested a further payment of €24.39 before they could deliver. Apparently this was due to honour taxes /duty?? There was no mention of it being sent from overseas which would incur such costs which meant my item cost up on €80!! The dress is ok-ish but not worth the amount paid or even half that amount. *Beware*”

“I ordered a dress for a wedding. Got an email saying they received order and payment but then they cancelled my order but received no email about that. Had I not checked about the status of my order I would still be waiting. Poor customer service!”
