It’s a great way to shop, but when I needed to return items it was too difficult & the process was drawn out, not pleasant when the customer feels like it’s her fault the clothes didn’t fit (sleeves to small).
Process to complicated.
Returns were Very unpleasant so I will not be using this service again.

Forget returns....you buy it period.
My final order from FloryDay arrived yesterday. The quality of the fabric was unwearable. The sizes were erratic and the quality of the dresses was nothing like the web photos.
All things considered each item was overpriced. The best part of the delivery was the packaging. So sad bc early on I received several items which I enjoyed.

The Returns Policy is complicated and very costly to the customer. Beware of this when ordering and be really certain you want the item. I imagine a lot of customers just don't bother returning items. With so many on line retailers offering free returns, FloryDay may consider reviewing their policy and making more customer friendly.

After taking longer than promised and with poor communication I received my order, I was not happy with the poor quality and it looked nothing like on the website so wanted to return. This process was long and complicated and you begin to wish you hadn’t bothered. They do not want the items back as they offer you a 70% refund for you to keep them. I did receive a refund eventually after returning the items minus £12 for delivery/returns!!!!!!
No I will not order from this company again!!

The clothes look fabulous on their website but they are really poor quality and when you try to contact them about returns they do not reply. Avoid FloryDay at all costs!

Not even deserving of one star, this company strikes me as fraudulent.
'Been waiting 28 days for an order. Waiting so far 2 days for a return label on another order that took 22 days.
They deliberately make it impossible for easy returns. Will report to Consumer Fraud Agency if I do not receive refunds.

Whatever you do DO NOT use this company. They take forever to deliver, the quality is the worst I have ever encountered and they have a returns policy that is impossible to navigate. Nothing corresponds so they make it possible to send items back. DO NOT, I REPEAT ,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am out £300. I have my credit card company looking into them for fraud so advise you all to do the same.

Everything, time it took, quality of products; then not responsive to email and chat - putting me off about returns. then offered a convoluted list of return options all in their favor financially. still not resolved. they seem to be a scam.
