“If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a giant rip off! They charge you for goods that are never delivered and when you request a refund, they reply that you can return the clothing pursuant to their return policy. But, the orders are never delivered in the first place. I ordered four blouses at a cost of $125 on April 10, 2019. It is May 9, 2019 and I still don't have the blouses. The full charge showed up on my credit card. I was given a tracking number, which shows the order was shipped from China and turned over to USPS on April 15. I am contesting the charge on my credit card. Giant hassle. Don't be tempted! I which I had read the reviews on this site before being taken by this fraudulent company.”

“They are a right shower. Sent shoes that were too small and then only partially refunded me for their mistake. Beware of using them. And also the quality was poor.”

“Bought 2 pairs of sandals. Both described as leather. Both lovely and very comfortable. But neither was leather. I hadn’t really expected leather sandals at such a low price. Pity they Feel they have to lie to sell shoes. Also a pity that the trades description act doesn’t apply to China. Wake up China, we’ll buy plastic shoes! No need to lie to us!”

“I have just spent over an hour online trying to return two dresses I purchased. They charge your card when you order, not when merchandise is received, delivery times can be 10-18 days, and the return process is difficult. While the designs and colors look beautiful online and in person, the fabric is cheap, and my two dresses were made in China. I have purchased clothing made in China before and they treat the cloth with chemicals that can cause rashes. If you order, make sure to take specific measurements so you can purchase the correct size. I would also look for fabric content, country of origin, and check out their return policy. As far as I can tell you will never be able to talk with a human being to get your questions answered. I didn't ask the right questions, and that is on me. Don't make the same mistakes I did.”

“I just called to get refund info. Was told that my account was compromised so I could not get refund. that is absolute BS!! My bank told me they are disputing the charges and will do all they can to get me a refund. Here's Floryday's phone number and good Luck!! 855-640-8444. If they do not help you phone your bank.”

“31 business days and counting and still no product!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I placed an order (023627926703) on Feb. 28, 2019. Payment was processed March 2, 2019. I have still NOT received what I paid for. I notice you made sure to get your money ASAP, it's been 31 days, don't tell me to track my order (not working), YOU DO IT AND FIND MY PRODUCTS.”
