“My wife did love the flowers. That said, I must add that that your driver did not either ring the bell or call me, the flowers were just dropped off in front of the garage several hours later than expected. This was your “Premium Selection” and phone calls were not returned and I expected somewhat better service.”

“Placed an order before reading all these reviews and I was really worried my flowers wouldn't be delivered, but they were and I'm pretty happy with them. I had ordered same-day delivery on boxing day (26th) and my order ended up being delayed, which is understandable since it's the holidays, but I wish they had been a bit more communicative. I got an email on the morning of the 27th apologizing about the delay and confirming that they would be delivered the following day (but didn't specify whether that meant the 27th or 28th). They were delivered later that day (27th, so one day late) and I got a "confirmation" email saying that they were delivered/would be delivered soon. They don't look identical to the picture, but I think it's close enough, and the dog stuffed animal is cuter than the bear in my opinion anyway. My boyfriend was happy with them and that's all that matters to me. I'm fairly certain this is just another company like Bloomex that contracts out to local florists, and while my experience was alright I think I'll just order from an actual local florist next time.”

“My wife and I spent a great deal of time finding just the right bouquet in the lilac/lavender colors we wanted. We had specific reasons for wanting this, it was important to us. She had me preview the options and We ordered two of them for delivery today. They were well received which is a good thing (recipients had no idea it wasn't at all as ordered) however, these 2 orders are absolutely not even close to what we searched for and they are the same option/same bouquet but absolutely different from each other as well.....not the options your site came up with, that we chose and paid for. Every decision we made was negated......from flower type to color, style of arrangement to vase color/ size.....EVERYTHING was changed and not what we chose! Its understood that sometimes substitutions need to be made, but you don't dismiss my entire order choice! No matter the quality this is absolutely wrong! If I'd wanted a mixed color bouquet arranged completely different from the advertisement for these I'd have ordered one. I ordered lavender/purple/lilac and your site came up with these options which tells me you know the difference between burgundy, deep red, pink. I did not ask for these colors and if you cannot provide any bit of what you advertised then don't post it, don't offer it. Substitution does not mean you arbitrarily change every single thing and not contact me.These arrangements have no resemblance to the offering, not at all and that is unacceptable! I'm not happy that you dismissed every choice I made and paid for on BOTH orders . I am happy they were delivered, that my sisters liked them. Glad they didn't know the details behind the scenes.”
