“I ordered and paid weeks ahead for a delivery for a friend's birthday, only to be emailed on the day to say that they could not fulfil the order and had cancelled it and my refund will be 5-10 working days. I fail to see how this was not picked up at least the day before so at least I could order from another supplier. My friends flowers were late and ordered from another provider. Not happy at all.”

“Ordered online for a same-day delivery. Couldnt deliver, sent me a notification but no refund was made. It has been 13 days now But no word nor refund. Very disappointed and wont recommend this website”

“Bought flowers from these lot a few weeks ago. They never showed up. After I complained they pretended they’d emailed me to cancel and provide refund. They hadn’t. Chased twice for refund over many weeks, no refund. This looks like a scam. Refund me now!”

“My daughter ordered flowers for me ! Flowers never arrived - nor even to a different address ! My daughter was told she would receive a full refund ! Refund hasn't arrived so she is escalating the case now ! Do not order from this company - the customer service is non existent! They refuse to refund which means the problem is now escalating & will cost more both ways ! They just can't do the right thing !”

“My flowers never arrived. I emailed to enquire and was ensured I’d receive a full refund. It has now been a month and still no sign of my refund. I’m extremely disappointed as these flowers were intended for a special occasion.”

“Been sat on the phone for 15 mins , no one has answered yet! Flowers were ordered a week ago and although the money has been taken from my credit card no flowers have been delivered. Now ordered with a different company. I’m wondering if this is just a scam site! I’ll never order anything from this lot again. I’ve emailed and tried to call over the last 5 days- nothing!! Be warned go elsewhere!!”

“Fliers not delivered and no reply to my email about lack of delivery. Money was taken from my credit card 3 days ago and no delivery! No reply to email. Called and was apparently no 1 in queue, hung on and no one answered! Very poor service ! Won’t use this company again!”

“Flowers not delivered because the delivery address was the same as the billing address. They sent an email ( I work in restricted areas) so don't have a signal most of the day. Why not call? Now someone has no birthday Flowers. Poor response”

“I ordered nearly £100 worth of flowers a few days before valentines day, and they never showed up. Being disappointed at this point, I struggled to get in contact with them as their phone number says invalid. After emailing them, they stated their apologies and mentioned that i would have to wait up to 10 business days for my refund to be processed. I'm now at nearly 20 business days and I still haven't been refunded. They have illegally withheld my money and won't give it back. I've tried contacting them numerous times and the last I heard was 'we have flagged this with our finance team'... now they won't even respond to me for an update. How embarrassing if this for customer service. Especially after spending 100's of pounds with then in the past. Would definitely NOT recommend!”

“Ordered flowers on 15the February- payment deducted. Received email the very next day to say order could not be fulfilled and refund would be processed. It is 5th March and still no refund and no reply to my emails. Very bad customer service- do not order from this company”

“No flowers were sent and my order was cancelled as a florist couldn't be located to fulfill the order!! They stull took my money though and then promised a refund within 5 to 10 days. 3 weeks in and I'm still waiting for my money back and my emails are being ignored. I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole unless you want your money stolen”
