“Horrible experience with these people. Ordered the Pastel GiftBox but they sent some flowers & weeds in its place. I was embarrassed that my friend recieved them with my name on them. I asked for an explanation & all I got was my 'flowers were unavailable'. Unacceptable. Avoid.”

“I paid £70+ for a large bouquet to celebrate a recent birth. I was sent a photo of the bouquet after delivery, which cannot in any circumstances be described as large. This is a rip off”
