“After myself and my wife visited the showroom in Feb. we had no hesitation in arranging for a home visit. We were allowed to take plenty of samples to help us choose. Adam called at our property and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went back and chose our flooring with good advice from Adam. At this point everything was going great and we were really happy. Kitchen was fitted and we had finally picked the floor. I have to say we had looked at a lot of other flooring companies however, there was no comparison to the professionalism shown and FLR Group were competitive price wise too. We were sure we had finally picked the right company. Dave the fitter turned up as agreed on time and after a quick chat on what had to be done got straight into it. I must say part of the old vinyl floor in utility had to be taken up as we had got the kitchen area up ourselves. I think other companies were put off by this and just wanted to cover over it and lay Amtico click or similar and avoid any hard work!(I wish I had gone to Adam before as I'm sure they would have got old floor up a lot quicker and easier than we had). Dave did an excellent job in preparing the floor and even called back later in the afternoon to check everything was ok. Dave came next day with another fitter called Mark and between them laid the floor to an excellent standard. Anything we asked them to do was done without a fuss. To say we are happy with the floor is an understatement it finishes the kitchen off. Would just like to thank you all and would highly recommend your company. Keep up the good work! I finally have peace in my house. thank you so much”

“Entrance a little like Fort Knox but once in extremely helpful and pleasant receptionist. A good display of flooring, we shall go back when we are ready Mr and Mrs Tysall”

“this was my first visit to FLR, on arrival i was greeted warmly and introduced to Adam, who was hugely knowledgeable and very helpful. he was very professional and listened to budgets and styles and responded with sensible solutions. the showroom was very well laid out with lots of choice and examples to look at and walk on!! i will be sending my wife back to make the decision on what we are going for.”

“From the initial showroom visit to the carpets being fitted the entire experience was excellent. In the showroom Faith was very patient with us she helped us choose what was best for us, we were not rushed we felt that nothing was too much trouble. When Richard came out to take measurements he was happy to answer any questions we had, and then the fitters were friendly and professional. The speed and efficiency with which they carried out the work was excellent. The finished product was better than we could have wished for, in fact it was so good we are coming back to have our hall stairs and landing fitted. Excellent job all round would be happy to recommend to anyone with confidence.”

“I find the whole experience of visiting FLR an enjoyable one! Lovely showroom. John in sales could not be more helpful and accommodating - it is a pleasure being looked after by him. “I requested a quote via the online chat portal and initial contact was very good. I explained it was for a new build property and that I had dimensions of the area to be quoted for. I was told a sales agent would be in touch to provide a quote. Once the agent called me he said that he could not give me a quote and needed to measure the property but I advised him that this was not possible due to the house being built. I asked if they had a showroom and was advised that they did and was open on Saturdays. I took my family to the showroom on a Saturday to take the dimensions to try and get a quote but was told when I got there that there were no sales agents in and there was only 1 person on site in the showroom who couldn't do the prices. He was very knowledgeable and helped as best he could. I asked if he could get the sales agent to call me back to try and get a quote but have still not heard anything back. This was 3 weeks ago. I have now given up trying and gone with another company.”

Hi Jason. I would like to start by offering my sincere apologies. At FLR Group we pride ourselves on providing first class customer service and to hear that we have fallen short of the mark is extremely disappointing to us. We normally respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. At the start of the year we launched an online chat facility on our website and have been overwhelmed with it's popularity. We have now taken new staff to ensure that an enquiry is not overlooked in this way again. I am sorry we were not able to provide you with a quote on this occasion and have missed the opportunity to win your business. I can only hope that you accept our apology and consider us for any future flooring requirements you may have. GM - FLR.

“Though I turned up to the showroom without making an appointment I was greeted warmly, given a cup of coffee and made welcome. The salesman was most helpful and explained the products. I was impressed with the showroom and the range of products on show. I came away with samples and though I shall probably use a local firm to install an Amtico floor I now know the product I want.”
