“From the moment we visited the showroom to the final laying of the Amtico flooring the standard of service and workmanship has been superb. Very efficient , helpful staff and excellent workmanship by the fitters. The finished flooring looks amazing and we would highly recommend FLR Flooring to anyone needing any type of flooring product. Thank You FLR...a job very well done.”

“We are very happy with the work that we have had done. We have had an Amtico floor in three rooms and carpet on the stairs and landing and in one bedroom. The fitters worked tidily and efficiently and were very friendly. Will definitely use Flooring Restorations again.”

“The team have been working for some weeks on our new Day Nursery premises in North Solihull. Notably, they have installed flooring, sinks, a disabled toilet and fully fitted kitchen, decorating, coat pegs and carpeting. The service has been excellent, the workmanship has been outstanding. The workers have been friendly and very professional. They have accommodated our needs and taken account of our views. Richard Lucas offers a personal service and the quality checks on the work are robust. Prices are reasonable given the quality of materials, workmanship, time and care taken. We highly recommend FLR.”

“Having dealt with FLR for sometime now it seems only right that we put pen to paper to thank both Jeff and all the team for their excellent service and support. “Overall good but the one thing i would change is the lighting. Your business is all about colour and pattern choice and I think the lighting makes it difficult to see true colours. If more daylight or daylight lighting could be introduced it would be a big improvement.”

Thanks, Debra. We appreciate your comments. It is hard to get the balance right between creating an ambience and functional lighting. We have some ambitious plans for developing our showroom over the next 18 months and will certainly take in to account your comments regarding lighting. Remember, the best way to see how a product looks is to take away a free sample and place it in the area where you are going to have it installed. Thanks once again. GM - FLR Group

“Visited the FLR showroom on the Monkspath trading estate to get a quote on their amtico flooring. The receptionist was very helpful and professional, the showroom is nothing short of WOW! You have to sign in with an iPad and enter an immaculate showroom with a very impressive range of flooring. It's a quality product so not a cheap option. We didn't purchase on this occasion as the area we need tiling is only 2sqm ( an ensuite bathroom) but we will bear in mind when we refurbish our kitchen.”

“Jeff and all the staff I encountered at FLR were very helpful and directed me towards what I was looking for. They gave great advice and shared ideas which really helped my decision. The show room is immaculate and FLR have a vast range of flooring to choose from. Would highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for flooring.”
