“flowers ok but cost has risen largely compared to supermarket flowers. Its very costly now for us OAPs so with current climate I have used you for years, I will have to renegotiate prices in the new year”

“Delivery was a day late due to supplier issues,I'm guessing the appalling weather at the time but I was contacted prior to the required delivery date with the option of speaking to someone about it,which is all they could do so no complaints. Flowers were the usual excellent quality and recipiant was delighted,which is the important thing.”

“You delivered when you said. You texted me to say it was delivered but the driver just left them on the doorstep and I had to inform the recipient. You didn't even ring the doorbell. REALLY”
