Why is FlySharp refusing to change the surname on my ticket? Why do they insist that I didn't contact them on the same day when I did in fact contacted them on the 14th November after 08:00am for a ticket bought around 14:00 hrs on 13th November. I checked my email at 21:00hrs on the 13th and there wasn't any from FlySharp. Why has FlySharp decided to cancel my ticket instead of changing the surname as I requested. Why am I losing £1568.20 which is how much I paid for the ticket.
