“Excellent service, an employee explained the sizing to me as a first time customer and how it works. As for my first order they were not the size I wanted which I had chosen on the website. I received an email back after I reached out and received the size I wanted the second order. The shipment time was amazing and quick. Thank you FM expressions!!”

“I received multiple "Your Order is Delayed" to then receive a disappointing product. The colors were dull, I can see visible color banding in the print, and dear god I've never had DTFs STINK as bad as these did when pressing. I've previously had 10/10 5 star experiences with the screen printed transfers, but the FMX transfers are TERRIBLE.”

“I was excited to try this product. My transfers came quickly, unfortunately, there was banding in them. I reached out to customer service, they said it would be a couple days before they could print due to technical issues. When my reprints finally came, but only did they have banding again, but now there were registration issues. I emailed customer service Friday around 1pm to let them know if the issue and request a refund. I did not hear back until I followed up again Tuesday am. I expected them to try to keep a relationship with a new long term customer, but they did not. Myb refund request was granted, I emailed them Shaun, but received no response. I will not use this company again. They reps I met at Impressions were great. So disappointed in this experience.”

“Your website is poorly laid out. Your price list tabs should not be showing all the prices from one color to full color. I miss qouted a job and got screwed and your customer service would not help me.”

“The application process is great! Low heat, hot peel. The colors leave a little to be desired. Thecolors are not as vivrant as other printers that I have used. Side by side on the exact shirt is no comparison. The process of ordering and receiving the product was quick and easy! Great updates throughout the process.”

“The graphics team at FM expressions is top notch. As someone that's not a graphic designer, I tend to send designs that don't have enough pixels or aren't adhering to the requirements for submission. The team here communicates very well, follows up and will send proofs until it is perfect. We won't go anywhere else for transfers for our business!”
