“Turn around time is great, quality of transfers is great, and using the $0.15 program is super streamlined and affordable! Need more colors or gang-sheet options, F&M has that also!”

“Most of the orders I have placed have been delayed due to production issues. I have had to have reprints of an order because of belt marks in the finished product. Finally had to get credit for the order because after reprint they were still there. Ordered a gang sheet that was cut prior to being mailed and it took off part of the design and ultimately had to be reprinted. Was told I would get Saturday delivery for the reprint but prints didn’t arrive until the following Monday. I’m trying to hang in there with the company but when I called I had to wait 12 minutes and then Edwin was rude to me and dismissive when I complained and his supervisor never called back.”

“There is some inconsistency in print quality on the sheets between orders. Lots of cracking and peeling after wash on some orders. The good is that it is convenient and priced well...although shipping costs are quite high.”

“Pretty quick about getting orders out on time. I hate the option for USPS delivery was taking out. It's shipping prices where a lot cheaper that UPS and often delivered a day b4 UPS. UPS hold it til the delivery dat instead delivering it earily if they receive it early.”

“The service is/was fantastic. Was a little disappointed in the packaging as some of the he transfers were damage. Also the Athletic items I ordered are unusable . Perhaps i'm not applying them properly which i'll try again, however the items was too thick, which made the finished product to rubbery?”
