Worst customer care team. Taking extra money to deliver in specific time slot but do not follow it.

If there was negative stars I would award to FNP. I ordered orchids for delivery on Friday. They were delivered later after 5pm. The orchids were already limp. Almost immediately, the buds and flowers started dropping and by Monday, only half the bunch is left. I contacted them by website and WhatsApp to complain, and the reply is that FNP will not do anything because it is more than 48 hours from delivery. I explained that I did not contact them over the weekend out of consideration but they still refused to do anything. LOUSY FLOWERS AND LOUSY SERVICE. AVOID FNP AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

A syndicate of scammers. I promised to tell people about my experience getting my money back from this dishonest company. I thought I would never fall for the manipulation of such con artists, but I did. After weeks of living a miserable life, I called lilo grace 75 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭 . 𝘤𝘰𝘮 𝘞hatsApp: +1__(615)__414__(15)__62 to get my money back from the scammer because I had no means to withdraw the roughly 99,620 USDT I had put to their fake trading account in my name. They assisted me in recovering my stolen valuables, just as in a dream. I assume that someone would find this information useful because the scammers will stop at nothing to irritate you.

Worst Worst Worst Experience *1/5 stars* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNP. I ordered a birthday surprise for my friend, which included a bouquet of flowers, a personalized message card, and a vase. However, the message card was missing and the vase was damaged upon delivery. The fact that the message card was not included was a major oversight, as it was a crucial part of the surprise. The damaged vase was also a letdown, as it compromised the overall presentation of the bouquet. I expect a certain level of service and attention to detail from a company like FNP, especially when it comes to special occasions like birthdays. Unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations in a big way. Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer service, I would not recommend FNP to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that can provide better service and value for your money. *Pros:* None *Cons:* Missing message card, damaged vase, poor customer service *Would I recommend:* No *Would I use again:* No

Worst experience. Delivery was suppose to be delivered in the morning which didn't deliver till 8pm and Customer care wasn't aware about the reason and denyed to cancel the order. Don't spoil your money and time on FNP

DO NOT ORDER CAKE FROM THEM, they delivered a damaged cake that too fate a delay of 4 hours. Thank you for ruining the moment

They are completely a fraud!!! My order for flowers made with express delivery charges were not delivered and they just kept sending me messages that attempts made but no one received or the delivery was refused, without actually showing up at the door. Then they refuse to refund money because per their statement ‘ attempts were made’. My mother was eagerly waiting for it and was coordinating with her continuously on her birthday to ensure she would get the flowers and it would be a cheerful reminder throughout the day of how much we missed bring with her…. But sadly the delivery never showed up and all we were doing was waiting waiting waiting!!!

High unprofessional approach .Never deliver on time inspite of charging extra .And when you call customer care Excutive don’t ans what u ask and disconnect the call .And the chat only ans the question that they want to ask .Stop using FNP

My wife ordered some chocolates n gift set for my sister in india the delivery was for 27th November did not delivered again my wife made international call the executive said sorry will do it tomorrow and on 30th November email comes and says delivery done .But the delivery is still not done as my sister hasn't received any courier .Today again my wife called them and asked for proof of signature or photo of delivery and the executive says it says the delivery is done and he said he has raised a case and someone will answer us within 24 hours .This was the worst experience with FnP. ALL my friends and relatives plz avoid them from now .As the money is gone and no delivery and on top up my wife and sister relation went wrong because of this people .So kindly avoid them Thank u

I give advise to everyone whoever buy from this company look at this review first. If you are buying something, make sure you get confirmation that going to send your item at the right place. I did order all the way from London and they said they delivered to my place. it was surprise for someone but at the end I have to ask the person did you get it or not? It was really embarrassing On the top when send them e mail they said they will send me e mail soon I am still waiting for it.If I have to order it , my advise is find other company definitely not this one.

Extremely poor packaging. The chocolates were simply put in a plastic bag, probably received when the delivery guy purchased them from a nearby grocery store. Rs 750 + Taxes charged for Rs 50 worth of Chocolates (Rs 5 packets of Gems & Cadburys basically) & a small Teddy bear which is equally shabby looking and worth Rs 100 - 150 at max. Atleast the presentation of this considering its a Gift would have made a difference and even that was denied by FNP. Never ever going to use FNP as its a complete waste of money. Next time I 'll call the store guy near by to deliver a bunch of chocolates & he'll wrap it even better and deliver for free.

Terrible experience yet another time with FNP. Oreder was supposed to be delivered on 23rd of November between 4.00pm - 9.00pm IST. Adnper their system it says 24th November. Even after explaining the whole situation to rep. she was not ready to except that it is a glitch in the app. After I shared the pic with them they agreed that it's an issue with the app.
