Very embarrassed, arrived a little squashed on top and looking and tasting very poor. Paid over \u00a375 to this company. Refusing to refund and offered a discount of SGD 10 on my next purchase. I\u2019ve explained I didn\u2019t get what I thought I was purchasing, point blank refusing a refund. I definitely won\u2019t be using this company again and would strongly recommend not to for a cake."

"Certainly! Here\u2019s a review you can use for FNP:\r\n\r\nI recently ordered a bouquet from FNP, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When the flowers arrived, they were stale and old, which completely spoiled the joy of receiving them. It was disappointing to see such a lack of quality in the product.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, the customer care was pathetic. I reached out for assistance, but the response was unhelpful and did not address my concerns. I expected much better service and quality."
