“I am very pleased with my King size topper from N:rem sleep system, I have RA, plus osteo-arthritis and fibromyalgia, so I need a supportive and comfortable bed to sleep on. My back pain can range from lower to upper back pain so it is handy that I can change the cushions around to support me as necessary, so this was far superior than my previous topper.
The only drawback as with most memory foam toppers is during the summer they can be quite warm, I now use bamboo sheets and that has stopped that little problem.”

“I ordered my mattress topper as I had read that they were used by people with fibromyalgia. Before getting my mattress topper I would toss and turn alot in the night with stiffness and aches. I now wake up in the morning free from those pains having had a full nights restful sleep. I would really recommend these mattresses or toppers for anyone that suffers from painful arthritic joints or fibromyalgia. “The concept is good. However, we found that the base of our mattress is ripped, part of the lower half of it has sunken in and we keep having to change the pieces on top around every few weeks. So for a few weeks it works well and then again we have problems with it till we put it back together again.”

“Purchased our medium mattress and found it a little too hard so phone and without hesitation was informed that the soft version would be sent, it arrived and we were told too keep the medium, could not better the service or the quality of the mattress.
