“I bought lottie sofa and two months later we observed the colour fade in the product (turned white from grey) and fabric has started to peel from the sofas. We immediately told Focus on Furniture team and no follow up was done in a month. After a third follow up, I was then told a technician will visit and his visit was another embarrassment to the company values. He did not admit the quality has degraded within several months and he did nothing further. I then contact the customer service team a million times but no update was provided by them. Finally, lockdown allowed us to visit the store but it was nothing more than disappointment that the promises and guarantee which came with expensive couch were fake. Manager at Hoppers Crossing store told us that I cannot do anything. I would urge you all that whatever product you try to buy from them, please give it another thought and accept the fact that their guarantee or promises with the product mean nothing.”
