“I have bought 2 gifts from BoroughBox recently. Both recipients were very pleased and each gift was well packed and received on time. I wouldn't hesitate to order again - great selection on offer. Just need someone to buy me one : )”

“Sold fathers day delivery and by Wednesday they still haven't delivered. They didn't even ship until the Monday after fathers day so it was never going to arrive. Offered a £10 voucher which is pointless if you never want to shop with them again. They seem oblivious to their legal responsibilities to deliver on time if offering a specific day delivery. When complaining they then just cancelled the order and sent it back. Only excuse given was they had a lot of orders but their poor business planning and managing how many orders they can take and actually deliver should not fall on the customer to explain to their loved ones that their fathers day gift is nowhere to be found.”

“Really good service. Arrived right on time and had lots of great gins. I saw some 1 star reviews on google and was confused, but usually these are just people complaint looking to get refunds for whatever reason. The service and the contents of the box were excellent.”
