“Great product. Received on 24th December, just in time for Christmas. Owing to the Covid situation and the Christmas period couriers were working overtime to deliver products. As a consequence I was kept updated with progress.”

“Ordered two boxes of personalised chocolates, really pleased with them when they arrived. Arrived in good time for Christmas even in the middle of pandemic (well done). Very delicate and very pretty. Recipients were really happy with them especially as they were quite unique and personalised. Would definately use again for chocs with that little bit extra. Thankyou”

“I keep getting messages that you are so busy and the covid virus has slowed you up. My order is small. Dated 15th December 2020. If it does not arrive by 6th January please stop it and refund money. Thank you.”

“I made an order over two weeks ago which was for delivery on the 23rd December as a Christmas gift. It was never delivered. I have sent a number of emails, phoned and left a voicemail. I have received no response as of yet. Lastly I requested a refund via email but also got no response. I would appreciate it if a refund can be processed and if confirmation of this can be sent via email to me”

“Terrible!!! This company are more than happy to take your money, then fail to actually send out the orders. If you don't have the capacity or the stock, don't take the order - it's really that simple. Taking orders for what you know you can't deliver is verging on criminal. BOROUGH BOX WILL LET YOU DOWN, BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!”

“Outstanding.... I really appreciated the communication from BoroughBox letting me know about the challenges they faced with supply/demand on the run up to Christmas along with the reassurance that they were doing everything they could to fulfill my order. They did exactly that and my order reached the intended recipient in time for Christmas and has been very much enjoyed.. will order from BoroughBox again, nice work guys !!”

“Ordered these as a corporate gift - scheduled delivery for the 14th, order was placed on the 7th. They arrived on the 21st, when our company event was on the 18th. I emailed the company asking for an update, still yet to hear a response. Poor service, simply got too greedy prior to Christmas.”
