“Late on delivery after ordering in plenty of time for Xmas delivery. Placed on back order, no update s had to cancel order. One present and one customer lost. Disappointed !!”

“Not up to standards wasn't delivered on time and my mum didn't have a Christmas present due to the parcel not being delivered on my stated delivery date which fodabox which I even paid extra for!! Also said that they would be able to deliver by the 22nd now after Christmas still not received a very upset customer and I won't be ordering again!!!!!”
