“I love the contents and these boxes make great gifts. I was though disappointed by the 'Next day delivery' option which actually turned up six days after I had ordered it. When I contacted customer services to ask where the package was they didn't seem bothered by this in the slightest, no apology, they just explained that next day doesn't actually mean next day, I'm still confused. I will buy again (sans next day delivery option) but I hope their customer services up their game as I feel they let the brand down, I would expect better.”

“Unfortunately the wrong product was sent. The supplier then agreed to dispatch the correct order, this also failed as the replacement was a smaller version of the original product. Time ran out, but The Original Cake company (Craig) held is hands up and refunded part of the cost. Not great but partly resolved by the supplier. What arrive was great quality but logistics failed the product.”

“Bought a fruit box to be sent to friends as they recovered from COVID. I wanted to send something healthy and practical. The fruit arrived looking beautiful and it was ripe and ready to eat. The recipients were absolutely delighted.”
