“The keg of Hiver Ale I bought was not only bloody tasty, but it arrived super quick and in time for Christmas even though I only placed the order on Dec 21st. Thanks Fodabox!!”

We are sorry to hear your order did not arrive in time for Christmas, we can see a member of our Customer Service team has been in touch and it appears there was a delay in shipping your order that was then returned to us as our courier was unable to deliver. “We have used BoroughBox previously. Customer Service is fantastic, boxes of goodies always arrive well packaged and well presented inside. It's a fantastic gift for a foodie/beer, wine lovers as it's a lovely gift for recipients that have everything!”

“Despite giving them my full address, the parcel was delivered elsewhere to the wrong address. The wrong address realised it was not theirs and left it outside of the gate. The rain soaked the box and its contents were ruined. I complained to the company, they said apologies but did not offer compensation.”
