“Both - the FodaBox Support Team and the STRAZZANTI supplier were extremely prompt to comply with my wishes for a rescheduled delivery date - this allayed my anxiety with an overnight email, The delivery is due to arrive in 13days. I'll answer your remaining questions afterwards. Thank you,”

“Well, we have just received our 4th FODABOX to give as presents this Christmas, no more to be said really!! The quality of product and the delivery is amazing. The product I’d just a bit different to others, beer snacks is a good selling point. If we win the prize draw we will treat ourselves to one!”

“My order was dealt with efficiency from start to finish. I requested an earlier date and this arrived promptly for a 90th birthday gift. I cannot praise you highly enough Zara replied to my email promptly I’ve never had such brilliant service. I intend to order more hampers for Christmas and have already recommended you. Thank you.”

“The box I ordered is a gift that will be delivered later this month, but so far my experience of Fodabox is good. All I would say is that I found the website because my google search threw up borough box as the company name and that was what made me choose it. Good luck with the brand change…”

“Ordered from here last Christmas. Gift didn’t arrive until the middle of January and every email I sent was ignored even the one requesting a refund. Horrendous service I would avoid like the plague if you are ordering a gift this year. Not surprised they have rebranded.”
