“What a fantastic service, so much choice and a well presented, easy to navigate website. I am living in South Africa now so it is great for me to be able to send gifts to my UK family this way and know they will be of quality and arrive when promised :) The gift was chocolate which went down very well and was apparently extremely delicious! Thank you x”

“Would not use this company again as was very let down. I wanted same day delivery for some chocolates to be delivered to a family member for a birthday present. I was delighted to see that borough Box could deliver same day delivery, I paid for the goods on line and also paid for express delivery which was approximately £4.50:only to find that they had not delivered the chocolates on the same day BUT two days later, so was bitterly disappointed and felt let down. Was just flabbergasted to see that they had not given the service I wanted even though online it was so easy to select same day delivery and the also the chocolates weren’t cheap ones. I tried to call the company and was just an answering machine and nobody called me back. Left a message on their website and had a reply two days later, no I will not be using this company again”

Hi Anglela, Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the service provided. I can see you placed your order with us on Saturday. Unfortunately we operate Monday to Friday and any orders/emails sent over the weekend are taken care of first thing Monday morning. We do state this on our website and I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear enough. I can see your order was processed Monday and delivered on Tuesday. I hope the order was enjoyed by the recipient! “Great website. I had to send multiple Cocktail Gifts to multiple addresses and the website made it so simple. Each recipient was impressed with the gift. Great packing and the amount of products you receive is fantastic - would definitely use BoroughBox again.”

“Pleased with my shopping experience. Bought two separate gifts and was able to send them to two different addresses, which was great, especially in lockdown. I only received an email confirmation from one of the deliveries, although both arrived safely and on the promised date. And the recipients loved their gifts! Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a gift from Chuckling Cheese through Boroughbox, had a bit of trouble receiving my order but both companies worked very hard to ensure I received it on time. On arrival I'm super pleased with the product, great looking gift and beautifully packaged. Highly recommend both companies and the quality of the goods they offer.”

“Lots substituted, didn’t feel was replaced With any similar alternatives. An example of this was a tonic water for an orange juice. Also no small tins of additives to put into the gins to help decorate them. Just a bag of sliced dried oranges! Disappointed as it was a 40th birthday gift for my son and he loves gin. The website did say alternatives would be provided, but would of thought they would have got closer than this.”

“Excellent! Delivered on time. Mother’s Day present for my wife and she was delighted. Presentation and quality of the gin and mixers was top quality, as was the chocolate and nuts. Will be buying again for my wife for Easter then her birthday in May!”
