“I bought a gift box for my friends 40th birthday and while I didn't see it personally, she was delighted with it. Delivery was very quick and customer service was also excellent letting me know if couldn't be delivered on my chosen day due to a UK bank holiday so it was delivered earlier instead of later. Would definitely use again.”

“There were lots of great options on BoroughBox that I couldn't find on other websites, and it really saved me when I was trying to find a nice present for a good friend! “Was very excited when I was sent the website, there is a really good selection of gifts on there and delivery was really quick. However a little disappointed that the G&T box I ordered, it contained a couple of duplicate gins rather than the 4 different gins that I was expecting. I appreciate they have to substitute items on occasion but with the number of gins that exist in the market now I find it hard to believe they couldn't find a 4th one to include.”

“This was my 1st time to use the site. I had messaged by email as soon as i noticed delivery address was MY address, when it should have been to a friend in Gloucester. Nobody replied even to just say sorry. I gad to pay for posting the cake from my house to my friend and so they arrived late. She said were good but due to extra expense to me in the end, & lateness, i am not happy nor would i recommend you.”

“Sorry to say that you didn't deliver my Celebration Cheese cake which was for my daughter's 30th birthday party. You also didn't answer your phone for two days when I was to trying to contact you. Very disappointed and unable to comment on the quality for obvious reasons.”
