“We sent a food box to a friend who had lost her father. The box was lovely and the friend we sent it too appreciated and enjoyed the contents. However we paid for next working day delivery meaning it would have arrived on a Monday and it didn't arrive until the Wednesday which was the day of his funeral, less than ideal on that front.”

“The personalised mug I bought for my grandson's 18th birthday was perfect! Just what I wanted and well presented and packaged. It also arrived very quickly, delivered by Royal Mail. I also ordered him a hamper but he hasn't got that yet, so I can't review it! But I am impressed with your company and would recommend. Thank you!”

“First time of trying this company. Full marks for delivering on the exact date requested but……….one of the key items was missing and replaced with a duplicate of another, cheaper, lesser item. Not impressed. Don’t think I’ll use them again.”

“I bought this as part of my husband’s birthday present. Firstly I did not receive the loose leaf tea. Secondly it was quite misleading. You do not receive any vegan cream or jam. Very disappointed. I have even contacted customer service twice and I have not received one response. Awful service!”
