Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback on your experience with FodaBox. I'm so glad to hear the gift was well received! Foda is the old English word for food, so very fitting for us to use as part of our rebrand to FodaBox. Many years ago we began life on Borough High Street in London, and our name BoroughBox fitted neatly. However, we don't want anyone thinking we're only a business primarily serving the capital. Nothing could be further from the truth and we're super excited to have morphed into FodaBox. The great news is that we're the same passionate team, working tirelessly around the clock to make sure that the very best in independent food and drink is delivered to your doors up and down the country. “Appalling service, emails not answered, I tried to contact them via social media no luck either. The phone number provided doesn’t work. In 2021 the minimum an online business can do is be on top of their communication with their customers. Never shopping with them again.”

“Fabulous gift for a hood friend who likes her cocktail’s. She loves Long Island Ice Tea so that’s what she got for her 60th. She’s absolutely thrilled with this Present which was packed so beautifully. Will definitely use this company again”
