“This was a gift for my nephew who said the snacks were delicious. Unfortunately the glass arrived broken but an apology and replacement were received within a few days of reporting it. Full marks for customer service.”

“Bought this item for a gift , you do worry about buying online not seeing the item your buying. I have to say my friend was delighted with it all the box was lovely and all the gifts inside were amazing, would definitely recommend it and I would buy again .”

“when purchased, delivery dates were within a day or two. there were 5 days before the office being closed for christmas. they didn't show up in time, so they sat until after new year. i ordered here for the speed of delivery and that didn't happen. and the company didn't answer any emails trying to chase up the orders.”
