“Despite the problems with delivery of my order, Fodabox were very helpful in trying to get it sorted, but because of time constraints on my part, this was not possible and within a very short time I received a full refund. “I’d highly recommend Fodabox. I ordered a beers and snack magnetic box, for my hubbie for Christmas. It arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately the substitutions made to the snacks, I knew he would not like, so I got in touch with customer service and they arranged for new substitutions straight away, with no hassle. A really professional service. I’ve already recommended this company to others and I would buy again. X”
