“Today we were visited by Simona Bianco, who done an audit in our premise. She was so helpfull, she made me understand my faults and how I can get better. My goal is to get higher score on Audit 65, and hope I will get that.”

“Sophie was very helpful during her first visit since we moved food alert/alert 65. She trained us in the areas of the website we were unsure of how to properly navigate, and guided us on any and all changes we needed to implement!!”

“we had a visit from Sapphira Greenyer our consultant last week and found her very helpful and understanding with our needs for our pub. she walked us through all aspects of the business. “Just wanted to leave some feedback about our auditor Robbie, who has been excellent during all his visits. If he notices something that is not right, he not just points it out but also explains how it could be improved, gives advices and suggestions. Robert is always friendly but stays professional.”

“John was very helpful with our first visit as a new brand, we have worked with him before under a different brand and he's always been friendly and knowledgeable. He came in and knowing he's worked with the team before was very respectful and ensured we were set for the difference ways of working under the new brand. Gave us coaching where needed and advice to help improve.”

“John was knowledgeable and helpful, and as he has a varied background in hospitality, his fire-fighter experience and that as an auditor he brought a lot of insight when undertaking our audit. He generally had a nice manner about him and was very respectful of our team members and considerate of when we started food service.”
