“Disappointed in the end on module questions in 2 sections and the length of the HACCP section.
The question answers were to close to call with several answers being right, it seemed it was just a question of which one was more right.
The HACCP section was way too long. This is a L2 food safety course, an awareness yes, but that must depth, unnecessary.
Wonβt be doing this one again in 2 years.”
“Great all areas of Learning in both Levels 1/2 , I felt that I was writing a lot of the key points Down on a Writing Pad , Where if there was a Revision Book to accompany both levels 1/2 it would have saved me the writing !!!!!! Thank You”
