“Great customer service (they rang me to check all was well and to offer help). I found the course laboriously slow for someone who has done this sort of thing many times and is able to answer without needing to be taught it again! but good value and very clear and easy to use.”
“I founf the course quite hard to access - I think it is meant for multiple people in a team but this was just for me.
There was also a glitch on one of the slides which meant I couldn't move on as there was no "right" answer depite muliple tries. I had to call the support line twice (first to get onto the course and second to fix the glitch). Also this took much longer than I expected. If I'm being honest I would struggle to recommend this.”
“The course was very comprehencive. Put all the infirmation clearly. I did find a few of the questions at the end of a modules could be a bit ambiguous but then not nessersarilly a bad thing as made you think and go over weaknesses. All in all a good experience.”
