“Unfortunately I had a number of existing staff and they ended up having to do the course twice because I had only refreshed their learner accounts as I wasn't aware I needed to completely renew them. It has cost twice as much because I had to pay some people twice - not great. your IT chap was a great help and rectified before it affected everyone.”
“Thorough course. The process/systems for getting back to the course, finishing it and getting my certificate was convoluted and lost me quite a bit of time though”
“Great customer service (they rang me to check all was well and to offer help). I found the course laboriously slow for someone who has done this sort of thing many times and is able to answer without needing to be taught it again! but good value and very clear and easy to use.”
“I founf the course quite hard to access - I think it is meant for multiple people in a team but this was just for me.
There was also a glitch on one of the slides which meant I couldn't move on as there was no "right" answer depite muliple tries. I had to call the support line twice (first to get onto the course and second to fix the glitch). Also this took much longer than I expected. If I'm being honest I would struggle to recommend this.”
“The course was very comprehencive. Put all the infirmation clearly. I did find a few of the questions at the end of a modules could be a bit ambiguous but then not nessersarilly a bad thing as made you think and go over weaknesses. All in all a good experience.”
“My chef said the course was very comprehensive. They particularly liked the option of having the text read out but would have liked that option to conitinue when it came to the 11 modules at the end of the course.
They felt that this option would be very helpful to other dyslexic learners.”
“It was an interesting and comprehensive course.
I found, however, that some of the answers to the questions were not completely accurate and some of the questions were difficult to answer because the instructions about what was wanted were not clear enough.”
