- Sent several emails, but never received any response - Spoke to advisor online. Heard nothing back again. - Tried to use a discount code to purchase several courses. Code did not work.

I accept that you get what you pay for and that as we all learn differently, you can't cater for all styles. However, that said, for me, it just didn't suit my learning style, at all. Setting aside the general, unappealing look of the package as a whole, particularly the graphics, the worst element for me, was that in some cases, the training info preceding the practical exercises was not clear enough to enable one to answer the questions, nor was there suitable context in the question scenariors. A particular example of this was the drag and drop practical exercise, the one "place the appropriate cleaning items in the marked area" exercise. Again, for me, that needed a lot more in the run up and how to achieve it. I have completed a lot of distant/remote/on-line training, when I was a Quality Manager, responsible for the audit of and maintenance of ISOs 9001, 14001, 18001/45001 and 27001 certification, but I am sorry to say that this was pretty poor.

The content was useful, however the software/ graphics were terrible and a really poor user experience. An option to speed up the voice recording would be great and the voice over should be opt in/ you shouldn't have to wait for the voice to finish reading before going to the next slide. I'm a fast reader and have ADHD and found it utterly painful. Also the software was really glitchy and half the time didn't work when completeing the exercises.

Old fashioned online course. Not fluid or easily used. Vague questions and answers. If you get a learning module wrong it doesn’t correct your answers to show you what is right

very lengthy and no options to speed up slides for people who process information quickly, therefore lots of time wasted. some of the animations were offensive and depicted people in a stereotypical manner i.e. the people who tended to get things wrong were depicted as looking disabled or as having some form of disfigurment, where as the people doing things right were smartly dressed and 'normal' looking. The animations overall were rather jeuvenile.

Very time consuming took much longer than stated. Having to go over and over test even just getting one question wrong. Felt course was more for people working in kitchens and restaurants not for Teaching assistants who maybe supports making a sandwich in DT
