Products are wonderful, we have only most recently ordered items for breakfast sandwiches. The eggs are fantastic but many arrived fairly broken. Sausage patties we are very happy with but the order time was lengthy.

I made an order and then it was canceled because they did not have the item. I feel it was just to get my email address and keep soliciting me. I needed the item and I did not have time to order from another place.

I was attempting to get a product quickly to accommodate a customer ….. the reps from food service direct did everything they could to try to assist me however due to a misunderstanding on my part it was not in the cards to be able to review the product in time. The reps I spoke with were outstanding and compassionate and helped me through the process. Even though they didn’t make the sale and I cancelled my order they still made sure I was informed and up to date. I would give them more stars if I could, in 27 years of business I never had a better customer service experience then I did this time and all for nothing for the company in the end. Use their service you won’t be disappointed

Expiration date was 9/1/23, received 8/17. I wish it had a longer expiration date from received. They fixed the issue, great service!

Had a fraud alert from my bank. Destiny was able to clarify the charge right away. Turns out there was a shortage in product availability so I was only charged a fraction of the original agreement. They also gave me an unexpected new comer discount!

Got the order ok but I was sure that I ordered the Cracker Barrel bites with Havarti cheese. Instead what I got was the one with two kinds of cheddar. Thanks for asking.

I ordered the Minute Maid Soft Frozen Lemonade & Strawberry Lemonade. Items were delivered frozen. The Strawberry Lemonade was perfect but the Lemonade consistency was off. I'm not sure if it thawed previously and refrozen or what but it was disappointing. I was really looking forward to enjoying both.

The good - our order of 20 Johnsonville Polish Kielbasa packs arrived on schedule. The bad - the cold pack count was minimal (6) - and the product was thawed out (still cool, but thawed). Had the shipment been one day later the product would have been ambient temp and would have been ruined/returned. You should use WAY more cold packs or use overnight shipping. This is the second time when ordering this has been a problem. Last time there were a only couple of cold packs and we had to return the order. PLEASE spend a few extra bucks on more cold packs to completely pack perishables - add it to the cost of the order. Way better than ruining a couple hundred bucks of meat.

I had the best experience calling FoodServiceDirect.com to place my first order today speaking with Akilah!! She was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She Answered all my questions very professionally and I placed the order BECAUSE of the confidence I had in the product after speaking with Akilah.
