“I order a food regularily that is not available in my area. The process is easy, the frozen food ships quickly and is very very well packaged and still frozen upon arrival. Emails kep you informed of exact delivery.”

“I had to quit ordering from you due to me getting maybe half of the Topo Chico’s I order. UPS keeps busting the cases. Keep throwing them a large amount doesn’t even make it to the video at my door.”

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. “Was pleased to find the mini ryes and pumpernickle since it has been discontinued by Pepperidge Farm. The pumpernickle was fine and deli quality. Made great appetizers for recent party of family and friends... the price is very reasonable also.can't go wrong here.”

“The only complaint I have is the Chuckwagon sandwiches I ordered. I've only opened 1 box so far and 4 of the 10 sandwiches in the box the top bun was broke. 2 of them pretty bad. The other 2 were broke in 2.”

“Ordered a product and said ships in 1 day, had to call them and have them argue with me on the phone for an hour that it’s a special order and takes 6-7 weeks to arrive. I showed them pictures from their web page to show them I was correct. Horrible company that just doesn’t care, horrible customer service.”

Thank you for the feedback. it appears our listing did not have the correct fulfillment time listed. This item is actually a special order item which is ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Special order items can take approximately 6-7 weeks to arrive from our specialty vendors. As requested your order has been cancelled, and your card or account will not be charged for this item. All similar listings have been updated to the longer lead time.
