“Well this is my first order and we have not started out on the right foot. I did receive my order in a timely fashion, however it is not what I ordered. So now I get to go thru the whole customer service process to see if they are going to make things right!”

“My clam strips and zucchini sticks were delivered on time and at a fair price. Shipping cost is a bit high on some items, but what isn't these days. The two boxes were shipped in a huge insulated cooler packed with dry ice. Everything arrived still frozen and in great condition (That alone is a miracle for UPS. This was not my f8rst purchase and definitely will not be my last. THANKS Food Service Direct for always being AWESOME”

“Delivery was on time and product arrived in great shape. But wish they would go back to shipping all product in one large box on a pallet instead of each individual box in a foam cooler. Unpacking 15 large coolers take a lot of time and are hard to get rid of.”
