“I am so happy I found this website. You carry a food item I can no longer find locally..I have just received part of my 3rd order and couldn't be more pleased...love my products...fast delivery...impeccable packaging...even in very hot weather my food item arrived frozen and intact. Kudos to the entire team! Will definitely continue ordering and share my good fortune with friends. BTW, my husband is enjoying the Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies!!”

“Its been great this was the 8th time I ordered from them and I have always been pleased with this service. Even when shipping was a problem , they helped me out. Will continue to order from them. My son has been going to school for 6 years to become a a MD, and he loves only cheese and sausage by Jacks . So for a treat I send him a case to get him through hard times. This company has always come through for me. He is now a MD, and I will continue to use them. They are fast , and on time . Never and problems . Thank You for being their for me and him 🥰”

“I bought something caled magic cups from this company. This food has to be packed in dry ice in order to ship. It was ordered and shipped and recieved within 5 days which I thought was a very reasonable time. These magic cups are icecream like or could be eaten as pudding. These went out to a friend who has cancer. The magic cups are something like ensure with proteins and vitamens. They are the only thing my friend can eat and has given him extra days of lucidity. I found out from a friend who's husband had cancer and upon receiving these pumped hin up for some quality days that he wouldn't have had otherwise. I bought these also in the past for my brother and it got him out of hospice for a couple of weeks. l felt that lfoodSeviceDlirect prices were reasonable and deliveries were punctual A plus for this Company.”

“I ordered this item on May 20th and it still hasn't been delivered. My Paypal account has been charged, your record of this order says delivered but the tracking record says it has been sent back and forth to several states and is now in Illinois. WHERE IS IT?”
